Ron Myong Karl Savings and Loans Group commonly known as RMK Group with acronym of RMKSLG was established on May 10, 2015 in Mandaluyong City, Philippines by the three young individual with different characters and personalities namely Ronelio Ramil, Romeo Mataac, Jr. and Karl Mark Carandang. They are employed in one of the best company in the Philippines that provide high performance delivery to its clients.

At first, the founders thought that it is just purely a savings group with the intention of having enough money for Christmas however they noticed that their savings, earned only small interest rate from the bank so they decided to open this to their colleagues who wanted to borrow minimum amount with short period of payment term; as little as Php 1,000.00 and as short payment period as 30 days.
The initial savings of the founders is Php 300.00 each. Their first bank deposit is Php 900.00 only and it was deposited in Card Bank, Inc. On June 15, 2015 the first entry in their loan statement was happened.
As month passed by, due to high demand of debtors they increased their contributions from Php 300.00 to Php 500.00 each.
It was September 2, 2015 when the first Directors Board Meeting was materialized which was held in Nikhatu Restaurant, Cybergate 2 Building, Mandaluyong City.
The group believes that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step associated with an understanding that everyone needs to take care and value their finances especially their self as health is wealth.
